Some new arenas will be build in Italy in next future or are building:

- Madesimo (Valle Spluga, near Sondrio): in this small village exists an artificial outdoor rink and an amateur team HC Madesimo. New council publicy declared they want to build a new covered rink to promove icehockey and sinergy with HC Chiavenna (Serie C team near Madesimo). No dates are set for starting works

- Padova: a brand new icearena is building and should be ready in next months (june-July). New arena will have a regular rink (60x30) and 600 capacity. There are mobile standings, a coffee-bar and rest-rooms. Total cost is 900.000 €. Icearena will be the home of inline team Ghosts, ready to open also an ice team. Arena is located inside "plebiscito" sport complex (known as home of rugby team Petrarca)

Malnate (near varese): a new icearena should be ready in 2012 but works aren't yet begin. Should have a regular rink (60x30) and 700 cap.

Busto Arsizio (near between Milan and Varese): new icearena should be ready in winter 2011, inside a new big sports' complex called "Campus Beata Giuliana", with volley,basketball arenas, skateboard and bikes tracks. Icerink has aregular rink (60x30) and 267 cap. Rink will be opened on sides so it will be used for icehockey only during winter. In the summer will be a futsal rink. Budget for all campus is €. 5.100.000.

Roana (near Asiago): a new icearena is building. With regular rink (60x30) and 450 cap, it will used mainly as training rink for A1 team Asiago and its junior teams

Egna\Neumarkt: last saturday are started works for new Icearena in Egna. This season Egna Wildgoose (Serie A2 team) played its home games in Caldaro because old open rink "Gänsplätzen" (built 45 years ago) was definitely closed. New arena will have regular rink (60x30), 900 cap. (600 seated), 4 restrooms and a solar energy electric system. Structure should be ready for november\december 2010. Budget: €.4.778.000
